Cases against PTI leaders registered in four police stations following protests

He recalled the past power shortages in Pakistan that led to long hours of load shedding. Iqbal stated that the government has started energy projects under CPEC to tackle these issues and provide affordable and eco-friendly power options.
The minister also mentioned ongoing projects to address power shortages through alternative energy sources. He announced that reforms in the energy sector are underway.
Furthermore, Iqbal shared that Pakistan is collaborating with Tajikistan to meet energy needs. He highlighted the impact of climate change on Pakistan, citing losses from flash floods in 2022.
He stressed the importance of collective cooperation among Asian countries to address climate change and other challenges for regional development and prosperity.
