Federal Cabinet meeting rescheduled to 3 pm to discuss constitutional amendments

Today, the Federal Cabinet in Islamabad will meet to review a package of constitutional amendments. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will lead the meeting.
The purpose of the meeting is to evaluate the country’s political and economic situation, as well as the proposed amendments.
Originally scheduled for 11 am, the meeting has been rescheduled to 3 pm. During the session, Federal Ministers Mohsin Naqvi and Azam Nazeer Tarar will provide an update on their meeting with Maulana Fazlur Rehman and discuss his demands.
Once approved by the Federal Cabinet, the package of constitutional amendments will be presented to Parliament.
