Gold price reaches Rs285,000 per tola in Pakistan

Gold prices surge by Rs4,000 to Rs303,000 per tola

In Islamabad, the price of 24 karat gold per tola increased by Rs1,600 and was sold at Rs285,000 on Tuesday, up from Rs283,400 on the previous trading day.

The price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold also rose by Rs1,372 to Rs244,342 from Rs242,970. Additionally, the price of 10 grams of 22 karat gold increased to Rs223,980 from Rs222,722, according to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.

The prices of silver remained the same at Rs3,350 per tola and Rs2,872.08 per ten grams. In the international market, the price of gold went up by $16 to $2,755 from $2,739, as reported by the Association.
