Gold prices increases by Rs2,900 in Pakistan

Gold price reaches Rs285,000 per tola in Pakistan

In Islamabad, the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs2,900 and was sold at Rs265,900 on Friday. This is compared to its previous sale price of Rs263,000 on the last trading day.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also went up by Rs2,486 to Rs227,966 from Rs225,480. The price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold increased to Rs208,970 from Rs206,690, according to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.

Furthermore, the price of silver per tola increased by Rs50 to Rs2,950, while the price of 10-gram silver went up by Rs42.86 to Rs2,529.14.

Internationally, the price of gold increased by $51 to $2,566 from $2,515, as reported by the Association.
