Imran Khan denies any fear post-Faiz Hameed’s arrest
Imran Khan, the founder of PTI, stated that he is not afraid of the Faiz Hameed issue. He mentioned that if he was scared, he wouldn’t have requested a judicial commission to look into the matter.
During a casual conversation with journalists outside Adiala Jail, Khan criticized the establishment and urged them to protect the country from destruction.
He expressed his confidence by saying that he is not intimidated by the arrest of retired Gen Faiz Hameed. Khan also pointed out the economic loss of $5 million due to social media and internet bans.
He claimed that his accusations against Nawaz Sharif would be supported by the Economic Survey of Pakistan. Khan criticized Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa’s comments, suggesting they were the reason for the Toshakhana reference on Nov 23.
He mentioned that he doesn’t need to communicate directly with Zulfi Bukhari through a mobile phone, as he can send messages through his lawyers.
Khan stated that the authorities are frustrated and that his lawyers can handle publishing articles if needed. Additionally, Khan announced his intention to run for the position of Oxford Chancellor and mentioned that he has already instructed Zulfi Bukhari about this.
