“Those who died in protests are our own people. We need to start the process of dialogue again,” said Mehbooba.
This is Mehbooba’s first visit to Delhi after the unrest in the Valley that began after the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani on July 8.
Mehbooba said the central government should take forward the process of dialogue initiated when Atal Bihari Vajpayee was the prime minister.
“PM Modi has come with huge mandate. He should take forward the dialogue process of Vajpayee ji,” said Mehbooba.
