Pak ODI squad announced for England, Ireland

LAHORE: Pakistan’s 15-man One-day International squad has been announced for series against England and Ireland to be played this month.

Pakistan will play two ODIs against Ireland at Dublin on August 18 and 20 and later they will face England for a five-match series, beginning on August 24 at Southampton.

Fast bowler Umar Gul and allrounder Shoaib Malik have returned to the team, which will be led by Azhar Ali.

Notable exclusions from the squad were fast bowler Mohammad Irfan and opening batsman Ahmed Shehzad.
