BIRMINGHAM: England set an improbable target of 343 runs for Pakistan to win the third Test on the final day here at Edgbaston on Sunday.
Resuming on 314 for five, England lost Jonny Bairstow for 83 but added 31 quick runs in just four overs before their skipper Alastair Cook declared the second innings on 345 for 6.
Moeen Ali was unbeaten on 86, adding 26 runs this morning, while Chris Woakes was not out on three.
Moeen Ali struck ten fours and two sixes during his 96-ball innings.
Both teams have already won a match each.
