Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced the national cricket team squad for the upcoming tours of Australia and Zimbabwe in Lahore on Sunday.

Former captain Babar Azam, pacer Naseem Shah, and Shaheen Shah Afridi will be part of the team for the matches against Australia, but they will not be rested during the matches against Zimbabwe.

Muhammad Rizwan will be available for all matches against Australia, but he will only play in the one-day matches against Zimbabwe.

The selectors focused more on domestic players while finalizing the squad, prioritizing domestic performers for the tour of Zimbabwe as a strategy to have a stronger squad for the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy tournament.
