PESHAWAR: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) on Sunday held a huge rally in Peshawar where party leader Amir Muqam said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan was busy leading a failed movement and people from Peshawar knew that PTI was no more a powerful political entity in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP). He said that PTI had shattered KP politically. He also questioned about the change and promised that Imran Khan had made to bring change in the province. Muqam said that people of KP already rejected politics of processions and agitations in order to press certain demands.
He said that PML-N’s rally proved that PTI was no more a popular party in KP. PML-N’s single worker was enough for Imran Khan and his PTI, he added.
He said that people have recognised who had been serving people and who had been busy stagingprotests and for political gains. He could not see a single project for peoples’ welfare and that PTI members themselves claimed that KP had corrupt elements, Muqam said.
