A petition about civilians being tried in military courts is set for a hearing in Islamabad.

The six-member constitutional bench, led by Justice Ameenuddin Khan, will hear the case on December 9.

Other members of the bench are Justices Jamal Khan Mandokhel, Mohammad Ali Mazhar, Hassan Azhar Rizvi, Musarat Hilali, and Naeem Akhtar Afghan.
