The federal government in Islamabad raised petrol prices by Rs3.72 per liter and diesel prices by Rs3.29 per liter for the next 15 days.

After the increase, petrol now costs Rs252.10 per liter, up from Rs248.38, while diesel costs Rs258.43 per liter. Light diesel prices have been reduced by 48 paisa, and kerosene oil prices by 62 paisa.

The new prices set by the Ministry of Finance are effective from December 1 to 15. Previously, petrol prices were increased by Rs1.35 per liter, diesel by Rs3.85 per liter, kerosene reduced by Rs1.48 per liter, and light diesel oil by Rs2.61 per liter.
