The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has given the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) more time to submit documents related to their intra-party elections case.

During a hearing led by ECP Member Nisar Durrani, Barrister Gohar, representing PTI, explained that the party had requested the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to provide the election records.

PTI assured the court that once they receive the records from the FIA, they will submit copies to the ECP. The PTI chairman mentioned that they have asked the FIA to return the documents and expect to have them within 10 days. Gohar requested the ECP to extend the deadline for submitting the documents.
