PTI has nothing to do with arrests of former army officers: Gohar
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar has stated that he has not accepted the resignation of PTI Punjab president Hammad Azhar.
When asked about the recent arrests of former army officers, Gohar mentioned that he had already addressed this issue.
Barrister Gohar clarified that the arrests of Faiz Hameed and others are not related to the party or its leadership. He emphasized that the party’s stance on the current arrests is clear.
He advised against making speculations on this matter.
The PTI chief explained that the army follows its own code of conduct and stated that a civilian cannot be subjected to a military trial.
