PTI set to form grand opposition alliance: Asad Qaiser

SWABI: Former NA speaker Asad Qaiser stated that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) would hold a large rally in Swabi and create a strong alliance with the opposition.
He mentioned that the rally in Swabi would be the first public response against recent legislation, criticizing the government for treating the parliament as a rubber stamp.
Qaiser condemned the vandalism and arrests at the PTI’s Quetta rally, emphasizing that their party is registered with a strong opposition in three provincial assemblies. He expressed that the Pakistani people, not the government, will determine the country’s future.
Regarding Donald Trump’s victory in the US presidential election, Qaiser noted that Trump won through a democratic process, contrasting it with Pakistan’s history of human rights violations.
He mentioned plans to form a united opposition alliance by collaborating with other opposition parties to challenge the oppressive government. In conclusion, Qaiser highlighted the need to work together in a movement against the fascist government’s oppression of the people.
