Supreme Court delists election tribunal case

The Supreme Court in Islamabad decided to remove the election tribunal case from its schedule. The case was supposed to be heard by a five-member bench led by Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa on August 19.

However, PTI’s lawyer Salman Akram Raja requested a postponement because senior lawyer Hamid Khan is currently out of the country until September 6. The request asked for the case to be delayed until Hamid Khan returns, as he has also requested leave.
