ISLAMABAD: In a latest blow to ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), five lawmakers from Faisalabad and Layyah have joined Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Wednesday.
According to details, MNA Ghulam Rasool Sahi from Faisalabad and Punjab Assembly members Sardar Qaisar Abbas Magsi, Muhammad Athar Maqbool and Malik Muhammad Akram from Layyah announced to join PTI.
They formally announced to join PTI after meeting party chairman Imran Khan at his Bani Gala residence on Wednesday.
Former Speaker Punjab Assembly and current MPA Muhammad Afzal Sahi has also joined PTI. He also invited PTI chief Imran Khan to visit Faisalabad.
