LAHORE: While replying to Nawaz Sharif’s diatribe, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Sunday apprised former would not have conducted public gathering in Swat if Khyber Pakhtunkhwa hadn’t a capable police department.
On change in KPK under PTI-led provincial government, Khan urged Sharif to visit hospitals and schools to learn about the change. Khan taunted he would hold a huge public gathering at Minar-e-Pakistan to give answer to Sharifs’ question “mujhe q nikala” (Why was I ousted).
While equating Nawaz Sharif with godfather and Shehbaz Sharif with don, Khan hurled blame of obliterating Lahore at Sharif brothers. He said, “General polls 2018 would alter country’s fate”.
Keeping verbal onslaught up, Khan accused Nawaz Sharif of being indulged in corruption worth Rs300 bln.
Later, Khan urged public to become member of PTI.
On the other hand, Khan announced to make anti-PPP alliance in Sindh and move country’s top court against alleged irregularities in uplift funds.
