ISLAMABAD: Returning officer on Thursday has issued notice to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan after his nomination papers were challenged for NA-53.
According to details, the objections were raised by Pakistan Justice and Democratic Party’s Abdul Wahab Baloch, who is also contesting from the same constituency.
He said that Imran Khan is not trustworthy and honest.
On the other hand, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s papers have been accepted for NA-200 Larkana.
Meanwhile, decision on the fate of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Farooq Sattar for NA-247 will be announced on June 19.
