ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) performance during the challenging five years tenure, on the whole, was mixed with ups and downs.
According to experts, although, government could not control the price of Dollar but the ruling party PML-N’s work to overcome the crises in the field of economy and energy was worthwhile, while on the other hand, ruling party had faced many challenges especially in the field of foreign policy.
However, the merger of tribal districts (then FATA) after the emancipation of Pakistan from British rule into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was the greatest achievement of the ruling party.
In the parliament house, nevertheless, completion of quorum was another major problem even former prime minister Nawaz Sharif had remained absent from parliament during his four year tenure.
However, the PML-N is claiming of winning the upcoming general election on the basis of performance.
