RAWALPINDI: Police on Thursday night sealed the Lal Haveli, residence of Sheikh Rashid, by placing containers in front of its main entrance ahead of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf public meeting which is scheduled to be held today (Friday) at the same place.
Police also blocked all roads leading to Lal Haveli by placing more than 100 containers. Police also arrested an activist of Awami Muslim League (AML) for resistance.
On the other hand, Federal Constabulary (FC) personnel reached the residence of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan in Bani Gala, Islamabad and marched up to the barrier leading to the residence of the PTI leader. However, they left the scene after staying there for few hours.
