CM Maryam announces plans to distribute free medicines to 200,000 patients

LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced plans to distribute free medicines across Punjab.

She stated that 0.2 million households will receive free medicines at their doorstep for two months. The medicines will include treatments for diseases like hepatitis and tuberculosis, delivered directly to patients’ homes.

Maryam Nawaz emphasized that her government has quickly initiated free medicine distribution and other welfare projects.

She also mentioned the launch of a state-of-the-art cardiology hospital in Sargodha, a cancer hospital in Lahore, and a project involving 200 mobile clinics.

Maryam Nawaz expressed pride in her family’s legacy of welfare projects and pledged to provide high-quality health facilities in all 36 districts of Punjab during her tenure.
