CM Maryam instructs ACs to redress public grievances
In Lahore, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has instructed assistant commissioners to address public complaints.
During a meeting with assistant commissioners in Punjab, the chief minister emphasized the government’s zero-tolerance policy towards corruption.
She advised the ACs to show respect towards public representatives and not blindly follow orders from anyone.
The ACs were instructed to prioritize education, healthcare, and price control.
Furthermore, she mandated that roti should be available for Rs16 and naan for Rs20 per unit throughout the province.
Maryam Nawaz also directed the ACs to eliminate stagnant water on the streets, improve sanitation, and fix broken roads.
The CM also called for thorough monitoring of healthcare services in all hospitals and urged officers to address public complaints effectively.
