LAHORE: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is calling on all parties in Azad Kashmir to pursue peaceful means to address their grievances.

In a statement on the social media platform X, he mentioned that he has already spoken with the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir and instructed PML-N officials in AJK to engage with leaders of the action committee.

Shehbaz Sharif expressed serious concern about the situation in Azad Kashmir, emphasizing that discussions and peaceful protests are essential components of democracy. However, he also stressed that there should be zero tolerance for any acts of violence or destruction of government property.
