Islamabad: The Supreme Court (SC) has decided to refer the case of civilian trials to the Practice and Procedures Committee in order to form a larger bench.

A six-member bench led by Justice Aminuddin listened to appeals regarding the trial of civilians in military courts.

Other members of the bench include Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi, Justice Shahid Waheed, Justice Musarrat Hilali, and Justice Irfan Saadat Khan.
