In Lahore, the Information Minister, Attaullah Tarar, made a significant announcement regarding the disciplinary actions to be taken against the Hazara Regional Police Officer (RPO) and other officials for their failure to prevent the tragic Shangla terror attack.

This announcement was made during a press conference held at the PML-N’s Model Town headquarters. Minister Tarar emphasized that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had instructed these actions to be taken based on the findings of an inquiry committee report.
