Floods in rivers: CM Maryam directs departments to be vigilant

She emphasized the strict implementation of SOPs in Dera Ghazi Khan to protect the population from potential destruction caused by floods in areas near Koh-e-Sulaiman.
Maryam Nawaz also urged officials to assist residents in flooded and low-lying areas in various districts, and to continuously monitor flood drains in Narowal, Sialkot, Shakargarh, and other cities.
She stressed the importance of relocating affected residents to relief camps on time, as well as moving livestock to safe locations before the flood.
